Sub-Associations
Fox Meadow is governed by a Master HOA overseeing the development as a whole, along with three individual sub-HOA's serving specific sections of the development.
How Sub-Associations Work
Fox Meadow operates under a two-tier governance structure. The Master HOA governs the entire community and enforces the primary covenants, collects the annual assessment, and maintains common areas. There are three sub-developments in Fox Meadow with their own sub-association that may have additional rules and responsibilities specific to that sub-development. All residents are subject to both the Master HOA covenants and their sub-association rules.
