Design Review Committee
The DRC reviews and approves exterior changes to homes and landscaping to maintain the character and property values of Fox Meadow.
Approval Required Before Starting Work
Per the Fox Meadow covenants, any changes to the exterior of your home or landscaping must be pre-approved by the Design Review Committee before work begins. Starting work without approval may result in a violation notice and a requirement to restore the property at your expense.

Review the Guidelines
Before submitting, review the architectural guidelines and covenants to understand what is permitted.
Complete the Application
Fill out the DRC Application Form completely. Include a detailed description of the proposed change, materials to be used, dimensions, and any relevant drawings or photos.
Download FormSubmit to the Board
Submit your completed application to the HOA board via email [email protected]. Allow adequate time for review before beginning any work.
Await Approval
The DRC will review your application and respond in writing. Do NOT begin any work until you have received written approval. Unapproved changes may need to be reversed at your expense.
